Every week, I ask someone to show me their actual to-do list, and we unpack how they really get through their day. No highlight reels. No productivity theater. Just honest conversations about the beautiful chaos of being human.
New episodes every Tuesday • 35-45 min conversations
Most interview shows feature experts at the top of their game. The To-Do Show is different – I talk to everyday people from all walks of life (nurses, entrepreneurs, coaches, creatives) about the one thing nobody talks about: what’s actually on their list today.
Because your to-do list reveals more about you than your resume ever could.
Each episode explores:
Today’s list: Start a pillow fight, convince strangers to be mannequins, plan a dating revolt. (Seriously.)
Her to-do list? Track nipple output, teach future nurses, design a pumping diary for the NICU.
He helps people escape burnout by building AI systems that do the work and free up their lives.
The To-Do Show is for anyone who’s ever felt:
If you’re a creative professional, freelancer, parent, small business owner, teacher, or remote worker who wants to feel organized without losing spontaneity – this show is for you.
We’re here for the curious doers. The imperfectly organized. The people building days that match their real energy and values.
For the last few years, I’ve been kind of obsessed with one question:
What do people actually do in a day?
Not the Instagram version… The real version.
The version where your kid is crying while you’re on a Zoom call, or you have 27 browser tabs open and can’t remember what you were doing, or you’ve color-coded your entire Google Calendar and you’re still drowning.
I started The To Do Show because I am so curious about people! What do the details of their lives look like? How is everyone different? How is everyone the same? How are we all trying? What’s actually on their to-do list, what are they avoiding, and how are they really making it work (or not).
My background is in marketing and brand strategy, but this show isn’t about optimization – it’s about curiosity. I love sharing other people’s stories and getting to ask them all of the questions I have bubbling inside me (and I have found that putting a microphone in front of someone makes it socially acceptable for me to interrogate them!)
